The Real Estate Division at ABMB separates itself from the competition in the areas of knowledge and practice. Our Real Estate Division manager, Michael Hereford, co-authored the acquisition and relocation chapters of the International Right Of Way Association's textbook, which is used throughout the country by real estate professionals working in the field of right of way. In addition to co-authoring this textbook, he was a member of the Federal Highway Administration's Relocation Technical Advisory Board (RTAB), which allowed him to help develop many of the regulations that are followed on all federally funded projects.
